CrewIQ handles sensitive information about real people, so we treat it that way. This page says plainly where your data lives, who can see it, and how the AI features handle it.
Five things we hold to.
- Customer and worker data is hosted in Australia and stays onshore.

- Every product image on this site comes from an anonymised demo tenant. No real worker's name, profile or contact details appear anywhere on this site.
- If you send us an enquiry, we use those details only to reply to you. We don't sell them or send them offshore.

Three services, one region. Nothing about your people is stored outside the country.
Application and functions
The CrewIQ app and its server functions run in the Sydney region, so requests are handled in Australia rather than routed offshore.
Database
Customer and worker records live in a managed database in Sydney, encrypted at rest and in transit, with point-in-time recovery.
Authentication and documents
Logins and uploaded documents such as tickets and licences are held in private Sydney storage, behind per-user access rules and short-lived signed links.
What the AI sees, in plain terms.
CrewIQ’s AI features (management guides, crew synergy scores, Ask CrewIQ and the Conversation Coach) use a leading large language model provider. That processing happens in the United States, and we say so plainly in the privacy policy.
DISC data sent for AI analysis is de-identified where possible, so the model works from behavioural scores rather than a named person wherever the feature allows it. Generated guidance is cached in our Sydney database so the same question is not sent twice.
This is disclosed in the privacy policy, and it is the one place where data leaves the Sydney region for processing. We say so here rather than in fine print.
Access follows the role.
Every record is scoped to your business. Managers, foremen, staff and applicants each see only what their role needs, and that is enforced in the database, not just in the screens.
Subcontractor records carry stricter rules again, because they are people who work with you rather than for you.
Uploaded documents are served through signed links that expire within the hour. Workers give explicit consent before their data is used, and that consent is recorded.
